ComplexRE assisted in purchase of Aviva portfolio in the Czech Republic - Kadaň (22.500 m2) and Karviná (14.200 m2) on buyer’s side. Both properties are fully leased with long term contracts, bold manufacturing and logistic tenants. 

It took us 3 years to finish the whole deal. We have selected this opportunity in 2014. Then we have to connect both parties, London's pension fund Aviva and the largest developer on the market - CTP, together which was the hardest part but we successfully made it.
