ComplexRE assisted with the purchase of Phoenix Group DC in Belgrade, Serbia on a buyer’s side. Phoenix Group opened a logistic centre for drug packages and other health products in the industrial zone near Belgrade, Serbia in 2017 with a long term contract. 

The hub is part of the company’s cross-border healthcare logistics solution called CEE Bridge. It connects the pharmaceutical industry, wholesale and retail in Central and Eastern Europe. The high-bay warehouse near Belgrade Airport is placed ideally for logistic purposes thanks to its location along the main roads that lead to Budapest, Sofia, Skopje and Zagreb.

The building has an overall size of 10,230 m2. PHOENIX supplies healthcare solutions to almost 17 million citizens in the following markets: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, and Kosovo.
